International Workshop
Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Business-University Forum of Japan International Workshop
Prospectus

Knowledge and creativity will play an important role under the global economy in this 21st century. At the same time, society itself will face increasing uncertainty and an accelerating change in the world. To survive in this new era, all organization and society as well as their members must be flexible and creative enough for adapting to changing environment. How can corporations, higher education institutions, governments and individuals expand such capability?

One of the answers is reinventing existing resources towards creating effective continuous learning process, learning people and learning organization. Present teaching/leaning/education system must be challenged with innovative mind to accelerate such a transformation.

At the 10th anniversary of Business-University Forum of Japan, we will ask participants, including leaders of business and academia and students of next generation, to critically think and explore the essential nature and role of teaching/learning/education in the coming new era.
